When you submit a project inquiry, Prairie Frame collects the contact details, business information, optional package-quiz answers and guidance, project notes, and optional files you choose to share. We use this information to assess your project and respond to you. Consent to respond is required before submission.

What is stored

Your answers, submission time, inquiry status, and internal follow-up notes are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database connected to this website. Optional attachments are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. Access to the studio inbox and file downloads is restricted on the server to Prairie Frame’s signed-in owner account.

Before you send

Quiz answers and form answers remain in memory in your current browser tab while you move between steps. The quiz calculates guidance locally; its answers and guidance are sent and checked again only when you submit an inquiry. We do not save them to browser storage. Reloading or closing the page clears unsent answers. Do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal documents.

Technical safeguards

Secure form sessions, short-lived rate limits, input validation, and attachment checks help protect this experience. We use a daily hash of the connection’s IP address for abuse prevention; the application does not store raw IP addresses. Session and rate-limit records expire and are cleaned during subsequent form visits. The hosting provider may separately process technical request information to deliver and protect the service.

How information is used

Project inquiries are not published or added to a marketing list. No payment is collected through this form. No email notification service is connected; Prairie Frame reviews inquiries in the private inbox and replies separately. We keep inquiry information while evaluating a project or maintaining the business correspondence it creates. The studio owner can permanently delete an inquiry and its attachments.

Access and deletion requests

You can request access, correction, or deletion through the project inquiry form. Include your original email address and inquiry reference, and mention your request in the business-description field. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Share only the details needed for us to respond.

Your colour preference

If you choose a colour theme, this browser stores that preference locally so it follows you between Prairie Frame pages. It is not sent with your inquiry and contains no project or contact information.

Concept demonstrations

Fictional website concepts are demonstrations. Their orders, reservations, and contact interactions stay local and are not submitted to a business.

This application does not load advertising scripts or third-party analytics. Analytics setup described in a website package relates to a customer’s agreed project, not tracking on this studio website.
