How advertising could work here
Prairie Frame can review a proposed campaign and agree on a specific placement, creative format, destination link, and run period. This page demonstrates formats; it does not announce booked advertisers, existing audience reach, or inventory ready for automatic purchase. Every example below is a house demonstration, not a paid endorsement.
Explore the formats
Choose a format to see its proportions. On smaller screens, wide creative scales proportionally; a mobile-specific replacement can be agreed before launch.

A practical booking plan
- Discuss the fit. Share the advertiser’s legal business name, website, intended audience, product, and proposed artwork. Prairie Frame checks relevance and available space. Regulated products, political advertising, and campaigns aimed at children require separate review and are outside this proposed standard offering.
- Agree a written insertion order. Record the exact page and slot, desktop and mobile sizes, start/end dates and timezone, fixed CAD fee and applicable taxes, payment date, approved destination, creative deadline, and reporting method. Nothing goes live until both parties approve the scope and final proof. No minimum clicks, leads, sales, or search rankings are promised.
- Approve rights and claims. Advertisers confirm permission to use supplied logos, photographs, music, and copy, and provide support for objective claims. Prairie Frame may reject deceptive, unsafe, infringing, or unsuitable creative. Sponsored content stays visibly labelled “Advertisement” or “Sponsored”; payment never buys an undisclosed recommendation.
- Deliver safely. Start with directly hosted, optimized JPG, PNG, WebP, or text creative and an HTTPS destination. No advertiser-supplied scripts, auto-playing audio, pop-ups, fingerprinting, or third-party tracking pixels in the baseline offering. Paid outbound links should use sponsored and nofollow attributes.
- Review and report. Agree the number of proof adjustments in writing. For the initial offering, provide placement/date confirmation rather than unsupported audience figures. If aggregate impression or click reporting is later installed, define exactly what it counts, its limitations, retention, and privacy treatment before sale.
- Handle changes and outages. The insertion order should specify cancellation notice, approval cutoffs, refund terms, and any agreed make-good extension or proportional credit for a missed placement. These remedies must be agreed before payment; they are not automatically promised by this preview. Unsafe or unlawful material can be suspended pending review.
Privacy and communication
The proposed baseline is contextual advertising without cross-site profiling. Inquiry details and customer conversations are never sold or used for ad targeting. Any future tracking must be reviewed against applicable privacy requirements, explained clearly, and supported by meaningful choice before activation. Marketing emails require an applicable consent basis, sender identification, and a working unsubscribe mechanism; a project reply is not permission to add someone to a marketing list.
Before accepting a campaign
Confirm inventory, a business contact and mailing address, privacy responsibilities, the insertion order, creative rights, and any industry-specific restrictions. Have a Canadian lawyer review the final advertising terms before using them as a contract. This is an operational proposal, not legal advice or a representation that every possible campaign is compliant.
